Laurence Bonnel
A promising artist, Laurence showed an early interest in drawing. After an academic education at the Sorbonne, her instinctive and magnetic connection with the medium led her instinctively to sculpture. She trained with top Masters and immersed herself in the various techniques, including modeling, roughing, welding, casting and patina.

Her first exhibition took place in Paris in 2003. Three of her art pieces were exhibited at the Grand Palais, and her work has since entered some of the most prestigious private collections in Europe, United States and Asia, both indoors and outdoors.

Silhouettes or sentinels, couples or loners, Laurence's sculpture characters draw their energy from the depths of human nature, with its doubts and frailties, but also the promise of a more peaceful world. Between silence and questioning, a serene wave emanates from her complice and spiritual figures, with their noble necks and silent looks.
