A worthy heir to the 1950’s “Light & Space” group in Los Angeles, deeply rooted in optical art, Stavros  is an autodidact light artist and designer.Established  in Sweden since 2011, he is now based in Greece, his original country. Thanks to the new LED medium, the artist raises light and transcends the philosophy of “Light Art” with a striking creative load. Where others highlight the technological aspect, Stavros hides it to better “dress” this source with subtlety and elegance, blurring the line between light art and luminaire design. 
His color variations and their interactions, the use of the ring and the third dimension are all signatures that make him unique.  “Light Art” and Optical Art are then at the height of their influence.
